What is your Story?

Each of us has a story to tell.

My story is not over yet.

Everything that transpired in the past

has led me to where I am today.

I am not afraid of my scars.

Each and every scar has a story,

and the fact that the lesions healed

reminds me that things get well in time.

I write my own story.

I can change the way my story goes.

I can introduce new chapters every day.

I can twist its plot to make it interesting.

I appreciate those who come along,

but I am entrusted to myself.

I am capable of building my dreams

and achieving peace and happiness.

I am a writer-

a writer of my own destiny

where I am my own hero.

  1. That’s right, Lebana! We are definitely in control of our destinies. And I believe, we God and my own doing I can be, “my own hero.” Nicely said. πŸ™‚

Just to let you know something on my end. πŸ™‚ I’m experiencing problems on my WordPress that are getting worked out. I don’t know if you aren’t seeing my latest posts in your reader or not. But if you can’t, can you unfollow me and refollow me on my new site: https://messageinstanza.com/? Some of my followers had to do that, so my latest posts would show up in their reader. I hope you will. πŸ™‚

  2. As to your challenge/dare:

    Figure Me Out

    Lebana is strange
I mean, in the best of ways
    She could be seeking unction
    (β€œlook at each other”)
    She could be showing off
    (Couro Chic acessorios)
    She could be final reunion
    (Family returned from ancient exile)
    She could absolve our darkness
    (Brilliant, white light of purity)
    She could be practically decorous
    (sleek kitchen furniture)
She could be aloof but delicious
    (French cafΓ©)
    She could be lasting salvation
    (frankincense)
All or none of the above
    Mellifluous
    But definitely strange
