The Blogger Recognition Award (10/10/17)

Hello, dearest friends! My blog has been blessed once again with another award yesterday. Praise the Lord, our God. He has His identifiable way of making me feel loved and valued.

I would like extend my sincerest appreciation to Gail Brookshire of gaillovesgod for nominating me for the Blogger Recognition Award. I am deeply moved and honoured to receive an award especially from a great woman like her. She has an immeasurable love for God, our creator and protector, which is fully manifested in her amazing blog. If there’s one thing she wants you to know, that is God loves you! Even if you don’t know Him or love Him yet. He loves you!

Congratulations on your award, Gail! You’re truly praiseworthy. May you keep on touching people’s lives through your inspirational blog. I’m too grateful that you’ve uplifted my spirit in so many ways. May you also continue to be His instrument of spreading the good words. Thank you so much, Gail. God truly loves you!

My Advice:

1. Write not to impress but to express.

If it works to me then it will definitely work to thousands out there who struggle expressing themselves. Basically, when you try to impress, your actions and speech become stifled. Every word or sentence has to be likable to those persons you are trying to impress. When everything fails, you become disheartened and unresponsive. The truth is, if you won’t deviate from it, you will be permanently stuck in a continuous cycle of disappointments.

2. Interact with bloggers.

WordPress is such a wonderful avenue where you can share your predilection in writing. Another good thing is, you are surrounded by people with rich ideas and experiences. Grow with them. Follow blogs which you think are valuable and can help you discover your self- worth. Learn to interact through giving substantial feedbacks. Of course, you’ll not do it to just increase your views or build readership. Rather, you’ll humbly do it to let them know how they affect you. More often than not, positive feedbacks can somehow uplift a person’s crumbling spirit.

Remember, impressing is different from inspiring. Make sure that your purpose is clear.
